- Shipping
- We ship DVDs about once a week. As we are only two people with days jobs we cannot ship more often.
- Privacy
- We will never share your information with anyone. All of your payment information is sent securely through PayPal. Your privacy is our number one concern.
- Returns & Replacements
- Due to the ease of ripping DVDs, we do not issue refunds for DVDs. If, however, the DVD is faulty we will gladly replace it. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for downloads - unfortunately that was
abused to an extent where we lost money due to people downloading the videos and then wanting refunds. They basically got downloads for free at our expense.
- Payment
- We use PayPal to process all of our transactions. We chose PayPal for their security, ease of use and availability worldwide.
- Viewing Orders
- All of your order information can be viewed your account page.
- I cannot navigate the site while downloading or use my Download Accelerator program.
- This is a setting in Magento that at this time we cannot change. Once we are able to change that we intend to. The reason the Magento system we use does that is simple - to not overwhelm the site, server
and bandwidth so that everyone has a good connection and experience. It makes sense and now that we have a new, more powerful server download accelerators should not be necessary. Once your download finishes you will be free to navigate
the site and download more files.
- Why is my address required for a download purchase?
- When we first launched our site we required an address but this was changed when two customers requested no address requirement. Unfortunately, this caused a lot of problems. Believe it or not, we have had
several people order DVDs, provide no shipping information and register with an invalid email - we had a lot of issues with PayPal as we had absolutely no way to send the goods or or even get in contact with the customer. If you are ordering
downloads and want to input a placeholder address for your own privacy, feel free.
- I am having problems with a download or the sound/video, etc.. has problems once downloaded, what should I do?
- First, DO NOT RE-PURCHASE or PURCHASE THE DVD WITHOUT TRYING TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. Second, make sure you have the correct codec. All of our videos are in mp4 format and will play
natively in Quicktime, VLC (www.videolan.org/vlc) and Windows Media Player. Go HERE to get the Windows codec. We do test each video we put up on 2-3 computers prior to ensure they work. If you do have problems after you have made sure you have all of the proper codecs, immediately email us at administrator@ta77.net, and we will assist you.
- How do I order?
- Simply add a video to your shopping cart and continue through the checkout process. Once you have finished checking out you will see the video in your account under 'My Downloadable Products" in the "My Account
section in the left side-bar.
- What formats are available?
- All of our downloadable videos are compressed into mp4 format. Our DVDs are NTSC
- How often are new releases planned?
- We try to put a video up every week but it all depends on model availability.
- Why only a few pictures on the website?
- The pictures are there to give you a quick indication of what to expect from the videos. There are some people who will visit this site only for the pictures and never
buy anything. That's fine. It cost quite a bit of money to produce these videos and we can't continue to get new material without sales. We hope that some people will buy our videos so we can continue
to make more in the future. For those who want to purchase our videos, a few pictures is usually sufficient.

- What styles will be offered?
- Our Videos will cover a variety of shorter styles. They will range from chin-length to very short. If you are interested in a cut type, and don't see it on the site, please contact us with your input!
- How old are the models?
- The models vary in age from 18-35 years old. We will never have a model under 18 years of age.
- Where are the models from? Where do you film?
- Most of our models are from Los Angeles or the San Fransisco Bay area. In the fall of 2009, we started some filming in Las Vegas. More locations may be added later. We no longer offer the UK Mike Videos.
- Where were the cuts done?
- The older videos were exclusively done in hair salons in Los Angeles, California, however, the newer materials are also done in a private photography studio to highlight the haircutting as much
as possible. All our done by professional stylists.
- What is the quality of the Videos?
- All Videos are shot with a digital camcorders. The material was transferred to a computer digitally for editing. We try our best to get the best view and get as close as possible to the action and to capture the atmosphere. We are expanding to include 2 camera for every shoot so as to incorporate more angles and views of the haircutting. The newer videos are filmed with one regular DV camera and one HD camera. The videos are rendered into mp4 format. We try our best to make sure the quality is great while maintaining a reasonable file size for online storage and download times. All videos are 640x480 in size.
- I have a Mac, will the video play correctly?
- Yes, mp4 files can play in Quicktime and VLC player.
